Dilshad brings the love for the authentic Indian food to the heart of Cannock- committed in providing excellence in refined and creative cuisine, which has been recognised in the form of numerous awards, including "Restaurant of the Year" and also a Winner of the Curry Competition Award 2007/2008. the most recent award is the "Chef Of The Year 2010" which was awarded by the Midlands Curry Award.
